The JC Whitney catalog number is 38QQ2164Y. I paid $35.95 but I had a 10% savings coupon. I think it's $39.95 reg price.

Follow the above wiring and it is a 15 minute job. Just locate the central locking module to the left of your steering wheel. This, of course, comes after removing the lower knee trim panel. Use wire taps and spade connectors.
