the transmission that went into the car after the orginal was removed was a plain 4 speed from 86 E23. The Eco/Sport dial on the consold is disconnected. Should I put the old tranny back in? Would it work with the non turbo 3.5? Mechanic says it wont since the euro ECU is imcompatible. Help!
