and the site is still loading.
Check the size of your pictures 61KB for one small picture is to much. It should be not more than 10KB.
Try "jpg" instead of "gif" format if your picture contains more than a few colours.
Use GIF only for pictures with few colours(i.e Black and white), or when you want an non rectangular picture shape, or for animated graphics.
Crop the picture to the pixelsize you need on your website. You should never have to reduce the picture size in your Html Editor.
This would only reduce the display size of the picture not the file size.
Also you don't need more than 72dpi/inch as computer monitors can't display higher resolutions than this.
If you want people to print out your pictures in descent quality put in a link to the high resolution file. And for havens sake. Don't make a page more than 100KB per page as absolute maximum.
Idealy if you have a photo based site dont go over max. 25KB-50KB
Your one page is a wopping 1.7MB (1700KB).
Tis is like tying 5 parachutes to your cars back and wondering why it is so slow.
The people who visit will enjoy your site a lot more if you correct this.
Otherwise looks like you've done a nice job on your 728.
Best Regards
Ralf
