Start with Batterie power and grounds
that they are good and firm.

2.)
I would start with the Coldstart valve,
if the cold start sensor is bad it could
send the wrong info, also if the cold start
valve is leaking it would give tomutch gas,
thus when you trye later it will start.

There are more option, but that is where I would start.
