My 84 E-23 was registerd in Md. I had a new O2 sensor put in and the NOx was 0.1 GPM ( does anyone know conversion for NJ standards?) and the Md State Standard is 3.0 GPM. As you can see it passed with flying colors. Now we flash ahead 18months and its now registered in my home state, NJ and the same reading, according to them is 2538. Needless to say with the max allowed at 1110, it failed. It passed on HC and CO%. I was told the O2 sensor could have gone bad wothin that 18 months. I'm a little confused as to what to do at this point. Put a new O2 sensor or take it to my shop and let them twiddle with it. Let me know how you make out BruceY
