I cannot get the light to work on the OBC display. I can see the readout very dimly, but cannot get the thing to light up. I replaced the slide-out bulbs from another unit I had, but still does not work. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Just dissasembled the spare OBC II that I had laying around and their are no fuses. Pulled out the OBC controller from under the steering wheel and the also are no fuses, just a circuit board with a solenoid.
