castle nut-torque to 22-24 lbs while constantly turning the wheel. turn wheel at least 2 additional turns in tightened state. do not touch nut during this step. loosen nut until there is play in the bearing and now tighten to 2 lbs- lock with cotter pin- from the service manual-31-9
If anybody could please tell me accurate torque specs for:

1. Water pump bolts.
2. Castle nuts on the front wheel hub ass'y.
