< Three hundred is cheap, however it isn't cheap if the rod failed due to catastrophic events that took alot other stuff with it. Some years of the 740 had a metalurgical problem that prompted BMW to replace whole engines in these cars. YOu could have a bigger problem than you think is all I am saying.
