The two curved hoses are p/n's 11 63 1 273 522 and 11 63 1 273 523. If they're bad p/n 11 63 1 273 055 is probably bad too. It's the one that comes out from the intake manifold and connects to the auxiliary air valve and idle adjuster.
The fuel hose you mentioned does indeed run from the rail to the cold start valve.
