Jens, is correct - PN# 11 12 1 730 223 is correct for all M30 style 3.5 blocks...

Information obtained through dealer ETK per 03/2001...

I have a new Head Gasket, still in package that will fit the following: E23=735i, 745i E24=635CSi E28=535i, M535i
E32=735i, 735iL E34=535i. This is original equipment
"elring" . These are almost $200 from BMW, but I will take $60. If anyone is interested, please email me.
