80psi on all cylinders but one at 75 is this ok? (archive)

My car is a 1983 733i with 240k miles on it. I just adjusted the valves, changed the fluids, and tuned it.
Runs pretty good now, but the one cylinder has me worried. Am I obsessing too much?
