10-15% variance is acceptable, so the 5 lb diff is great. However, I would wonder how you ran that comp test. While the cylinders show great consistency, overall the numbers are very low.

It almost looks as if you did not have the intake open so the engine could get air to compress. This is a common problem, if you didn't open the intake.
