The old "7" has 278,000 miles and still runs very extremly well on the open road. It is truly amazing how a BMW can last so long with high mileage and still run super.
It may not have the horses of the turbo's but it still gets up and Goes!
These are truly Great Automobiles.
(worked all day around the house, just some good venting)

I hear ya! I had an '81 733i that I recently sold. I'm pretty sure the person I bought it from neglected it somewhat. When I bought it, it had 184,000 miles on a broken odometer. I drove it for another 3 years without any major problems.
