I've tried both H&R and Dinan springs and think Dinan is better. As Afshin said, the H&R ended up lowering the front about 2.5 inches rather than the 1.5 they advertise. I kept bottoming the front end.

However, I don't recommend the struts that come with the Dinan Stage 1. I believe they use 6 series struts in the rear which have adjustable spring perches, but have less travel than the 7s. I had traction problems in tight corners because the car would lean and lift the inside rear wheel. Also, Dinan has the rear struts valved very softly which caused a rocking motion in back.

Get the regular Bilstein HDs made for the 7 and have Bilstein cut some grooves in the rear strut if you want to adjust the spring perch. The cost is not very expensive (I think $5 per groove, but there are shipping costs to consider).
