Engine revving: Bad idle control valve or wiring to the valve.
Check oil light: Check your oil level. If it's ok then check the oil level sensor at the bottom of the oil pan.
Washer fluid light: Check your washer fluid level. If it's ok disconnect the washer fluid level sensor at the reservoir and jump the wire connector. Turn off the ignition and turn it back on again. If the light goes out then replace the sensor. If not then it's a wiring problem.

when ever i start up my 84 733i i hear a whinning noise and a noise like it is being reved up while no one is toching the pedal and the power steering fluid is full but it is getting harder to steer. and my check oil and washer fluid lights are always on "thank you for anybody that can help"
