Brake light troubles (archive)

My brake lights stopped working suddenly after I got a flashing light on my instrument panel. So far this is what has been tested. Fuse is fine. Bulbs fine! No juice at the switch. Besides a short in the wireing harness the only thing I see left is the Stopa and tail light relay. But I dont know where that is can some on help me locate it? Also this realy controls the tail lights as well which work fine can only one part of the relay break?
