You can't blame them they don't know.
A few issues:
Most Dealers can hardly operate their on Parts CD
and are not computer literate.
New staff is totally lost with it until they had long training.
So you can't blame them to look out for more complicated Software.
And I think also because it's released by BMW Mobile Tradition they don't know about it.
Last point: When they have to order the CD they don't get it from the BMW Factory like other parts.
They have to order them from the publisher which is the German Bertelsmann Concern.
They supply it to the dealer and possibly charge them carriage & handling for one CD.
How likely is he to order more than one at a time. Hardly I would think.
It takes two weeks for the Dealer(if he is in Germany) to get the CD from Bertelsmann.
