the green wire at the main relay when the key is switched to the run position. If not, the 1st place to look is the OBC code relay box mounted on the panel above the driver's knees/feet. The solder is prone to cracking over time in the connector. By-pass the code relay box completely by pulling the flat 4-pin connector with the green and green/red wires. Jumper these two wires together and see if you have 12V at the main relay on the green wire. Note...the green/red wire turns into solid green by the time it gets to the main relay. The solid green wire at the OBC relay is the 12V feed to the relay box when the key is switched to run and start.
