If it isn't the fuse or the switch or cable, you will have to go in.
Often the rear windows, in particular in winter, the resistance (friction) of 20 years of grime and dirt collection on the grease of motor and runners will bring it to a total hold.
Just don't force anything, as you might burn out the motor.
If you go into the door take the assembly out, completely clean, re-grease and re-oil in the right place with the right lubricant.
Watch were you have to use grease and what is the best type and were oil is right to be used.
Personaly I uses a high quality grease everywhere grease has to be used.
The one I use contains graphite and is antracite in colour.
If at the end of all your window still doesn't work the mistake is in the electrics itself.
You could meassure with an Ohmmeter, on the disconnected !! motor between ground and plus.
This will tell you if a current is flowing between both connectors via the electro motor coil inside the motor.
If you get a positve result you motor is fine.
Don't worry if you find in the end that the error was somewhere else.
The greasing and oiling job is necessary anyway and your switch and the motor will thank you for it by lasting longer as everything will move a lot easier and has a lot less resistance.
Best Regards
Ralf
