here in the US they have lights just about anywhere you can think of....grills, mirrors, roof, dashboards, tail lights, reverse lights, head lights....and the list goes on... Its really hard to miss a cop with all the lights on.

Also, there are quite a few drivers who dont mind waiting...I know more who would have tried to run the people down (not me)!
