Aux fan not working (archive)

Until I rammed the Carolla, I had no idea my car even had one of these! But I've noticed that the aux fan doesnt work which explains why my car over heats while idleing or slow speeds, now, what could possibly be wrong with it? It doesnt seem to be accident realted
