Have a 4-speed switchable that didnt want to shift out of first when cold - sounded line a circular rythmic sound from underneath console. Got worse of course until I learned to manipulate 3-2-1 switch and start in second - no fun! I plan on looking at connector at trans and behind speaker/pass side but really dont know what to look for. Any specifics would be helpful. Also, thanks to the board for generous offers of help - really want to keep 745. This is a great organization!
