It is so very hard to put into words how I feel! Perhaps it's noticed best by my son when said: "Dad, why do you have that goofy smile on your face all the time?" It all started a few weeks ago when a guy named Don came to look at my (parts car) 81 745i. He noticed a few things wrong with my 1985 745i. He offered to help and I accepted. We ran into a few questions and Don called a man named Jens. I first spoke to Jens a little over a few weeks ago. Then Don and I spoke to Jens everyday (the 1985 745i was in need of very much help). Don and I spent everyday doing a little something to bring my 745i around. We convinced Jens to come to the SF Bay Area. The day came and the great Jens was here. He sat in the 745i and said "Victor, this poor car runs like SHIT". I turned to him and said: "this is the reason you are here". The next morning off to work I went while Jen's performed his MAGIC. When he was finished, my car smiled at me! NOW, I am a PROUD owner of 1985 745i. We had such great fun while people visited us from all over. I thank you all for a most wondereful weekend. I want to thank Don for opening my eyes. I want to thank Jens for being Jens. I want thank Bruce for his special touch (my Airflow meter). Jon, thanks for the great job on the wastegates. I want thank everyone who came out to hang with us on Saturday. Laurie, Mike, Scottie, Bruce, Joe, Don, and the Man Jens. I had great time! Everyone is welcome anyime...
