According to my big blue BMW factory manual for the 75 to 81 E12 the journal sizes are as follows
35MM 1.3779"
44MM 1.7323"
45MM 1.7717"
46MM 1.8110"
Those are the journal sizes, not the bore in the head, I didn't write that one down. I measured an old cam I had laying around the garage and it ranged from about a half a thou to 3 thou small, in order with the most clearance on the smallest journal. I don't remember what kind of shape the engine it came out of was in.

Besides he was looking up specs for an E12 ?. You're looking for E23 (m20) info.
