I have one complete 5 speed conversion kit and may have another coming. I am using one but may sell the other. Anyone interested?

I'd like to know what is involved/included with the conversion "kit". I've been looking for a 745 and think the 5 speed would be just the thing for that application, esp. since the one I just eyed had a bad tranny. What's the cost going to be? Are these built from new parts or a donor car?
