Just thought I'd share:

I've seriously been considering selling Fraulein ('84 745i) and yesterday I "test drove" some other bimmers. I tried an E34 530i, an E39 528i, an E39 328i and an E32 740i. I actually liked the E39 the most - a lot of room for a 3 Series and a hell of a lot of fun to drive. However, when it comes down to it, nothing compares to the E23 745i. The 3 is too small to carry backseat passengers, the 5's are still too small when you're used to the E23 and I found the E32 too docile for my taste.

So, now I'm on the warpath to upgrade my interior to a highline (at least rear seats) and switch over to Pearl from dark brown. As I posted below, I've got factory installed Recaros for trade and hopefully later today I'll post some pics.
