Do you have a way to borrow an AFM?
If not trye this first, remove cap
from AMF and clean the carbon contact very well
first, by the sounds of it it may be so dirty,
that it is getting contact at slow movment,
but not enough at a sudden jump.

Sincerely Jens

I checked and cleaned AFM. It is dry and clean. I cleaned the carbon off the board and brushes. The voltage output appears to be consistent regardless of speed of motion.

However, my TPS doesn't look good. I get an idle signal that opens when I move the throttle. However the other signal which is suppossed to be closed at full throttle is always in the Megaohms regardless of throttle position.

Cheers,
David
