We've been having that question a lot lately. You probably asked the question thinking it would be less complicated to get a turbo from a BMW car , made for an engine virtually the same as yours...That's simply not the way it is. Like Jens said, just get an aftermarket turbo because that is the most simple way. Or if you insist on it being the same 745i setup, just swap the whole turbo/engine assembly and auto trans if possible ( unless you have a manual ).
