I put a screw in the vacuum line going to the fresh air actuator. Seems the actuator is my leak. Pinch the line before - all is well, pinch it after and it leaks again...unless that line is leaking further down... hmmm...

My wife hit a big bump, and the car idles fine, now. : ) Gotta love the E23 gods.
