Thumbwheels for the 728i dash. (archive)

Other than the usual highly expensive route, does anyone know where I can get a pair of new thumbwheels for my dash. One is the fan control (3 sets of dots-fresh air no fan, and a 1,2,3,4 for the fan speed settings), and a thermostat(1-10 w/ red and blue descending and ascending bars). Did all sorts of work, and the car has sat for the last two weeks. I went for a test drive the other morning and the vents are acting funny, but only when the thermostat wheel is at the coldest setting (1). If I run the wheel anywhere off the one the selected vent opens as designed. I know, dirty contacts, but maybe I should invest in a new wheel so I don't have to tear the dash apart once a year for cleaning. Anyone, ideas ?.
