The local guys are con merchants!!!
My friend got hs done at one of the local (NOTE: my dealer is local) places and it cost him more to have 2 discs and pads replaced than it cost me to have all four done at the dealer. It ended up costing me about AUD$450 (about US$200)for all four discs and pads at the dealer. I've never gotten any better pricing anywhere else. Regardless of the car, or who I took it too. Maybe where you are you have got good local service guys. I don't
