Imagine your bumbers having 2 "T" pieces as holder.
The top of your "T" is fixed against the bumber and the bottom of the "T" is fixed with ONE bolt to the logitudinal main frame.
There should be two ankering points on the main frame holding the bolt, which in term goes trough the bottom of your "T" (bumber holder).
And another one on the other side.
I have done this job on more than one occassion and I find it to be one of the easiest bumper removal procedures I ever came accross.
These days, I get this one off in less than 5 minutes.
You might find it easier to gain access from below if you can get the car high enough to get under the front spoiler.
