last October with a 745 that had not been started in over a year. Flew up with a suitcase full of tools expecting the worse, but didn't need any of them. Put in a new battery and gasoline, which I had the cabdriver stop for after leaving the airport. Checked the other fluids and tightened the hose clamp which had caused the PO to think his turbo was bad, then drove to Arkansas and then on into Texas the next day. She ran like a top the entire way. Only surprise I had was finding out that the Italian Executive Edition did not come with cruise control! Distance was about 1,100 miles.

And my profile is similar to Kevin's...40 something with family and a fairly demanding schedule.
