The rear seems to sag a bit on my 83 733i and I was wondering if any springs were stiffer or longer including those on a couple of euro models I currently have access to, a 728i and a 735i. Or of course assorted US models.
Thanks,
Mike

Mike,

BMW made two diff. diameter for rear springs, depending on how luxury the car was fitted.
Most of euro cars were poorer on standard equipement than US spec. cars. So I guess that the springs, on these cars are even weaker than yours.
What happens to you, is sort of common on old E23s the springs get old and weaker...
you just need to swap them for new ones or comming from a newer car than yours.

Regards, Afshin.
