I've got a diff from my '81 635 Euro available. It is not limited slip, and the ratio is 3.07:1 (I think US cars were 3.25:1). It will definitely fit your car.

This diff has ~60k miles on it and is in excellent condition (clean, quiet, and dry), and has the external oil cooler as well.

Asking $300, in Chicago.
