Blue smoke upon starting , miss, then ok (archive)

Can someone help? When I start car in the morning or after sitting for 1 hour or more, there is puff of blue smoke, a miss for 2 -3 seconds, then smooths out. Also takes several seconds to start. I have run several can of techron injector cleaner through system with no improvement. Was told that injectors were leaking down. How do you tell which are leaking. I ran it for 15 - 20 minutes on road, pulled plugs and they all look fine. This is driving me crazy.....
