Who the Hell is Cordell Stuart and just why did he find it necessary to emascualte his BMW?

If he didn't light the tobacco products, just WHAT did he do with them? Pres. Clinto didn't light the cigars, either, but I wouldn't want them in MY car when he was done with them. Makes one wonder what he DID light in the car?

Never mind. I probably don't want to know the answers to any of these questions anyway,
