I am facing the same problem. I am probably going to end up cutting the repair card in quarters to fit a standard North American machine I have available at work. The other option I investigated was to get a professional printer/data transfer specialty shop to print them, but this is about $.55 CDN a page.

I understand the machines that take the "oversized" cards are European standard. Sorry I cannot provide a model number for you, but I have seen them advertised on eBay as European format.
