Ok, no guarantees but here is what I recently aquired with my M635.

Manufacturer - Bruning # 4010 div. of addressograph.

On the face of the brushed alum. plate under the oversized glass holder it reads MP1-136.

The receipt says it was purchased at AUTOHAUS EUROPARTS 3450 NothEast Parkway San Antonio, TX 78218 Ph 512-821-6167.

Purchased as of 10/18/94 price 159. plus $18.50 shipping.
