Joe- have you thought about designing a center console for pre-1987 series that goes between the two rear seats. Similar to the one used on later 6 series. You would not have to include the air-conditioning component, just the console. The extra little storage cubby is a nice extra, plus I have always liked the way those consoles dress up the interior. Just a suggestion.

: How many of your 6 cars need new "pods" for the rear deck? (The things that hold the rear speakers, behind the back seats, that always curl-up in the sun.) Would there ba a demand for an aftermarket version? Also, should the kit include a new rear deck carpet/vinyl cover that matches the pods? Anyone interested in these products please post.
