The grill is a good idea, if people plan to use the rear deck for speakers. As for a custom made one, it would run approx 90 dollars, and be made to your specs. IN FACT, the most expensive part of the whole grill is the cloth, as I use white cloth, and dye to match the interior. This averages 17 bucks a yd, and your application would require approx 1 linear yd, cut lengthwise. If a standard grey color suits you, it might even cost less, as that cloth is $7 a yard...

By the way, whoever put those speakers in did a mice job cosmetically! (Are the speakers MB Quart?) I bet it sounds great, what are you pushing them with??
