Sounds like one of two things.

1) Winshield seal. Dunno if the water would come over the headliner or run down the inside glass.

2) When you had the sunroof drains blown out, did they actually pull down the headliner to see if the tubes were connected? Sounds like a no-brainer, but I don't seen how you could have a lead around the headliner if the drains are functioning, since the sunroof seal is mostly for looks.

I think you really need to roll up your sleeves and do some diagnostic work, like positioning a tarp over the car in various places, drenching it, and seeing if that changes the leaking. While this may sound unattractive since you'll be getting more water in the car, it's the only way to track this down.

: OK I am working on this problem but what about the rain forest effect from the headliner? Anyone have suggestions for this?

: I had my mechanic blow out the drain tubes and still I have a rain forest in my car.
