My Alpina was Federalized by a reputable firm dealing only with US Gov employees abroad (I have all the paperwork), and it was converted with NO cat. There was NO mention of it in the paperwork, and the exhaust has not a scratch in it in front of the resonator.

Anyone else out there w/o cats?
