A GM ( General Menace) Mechanic said he could 'fix' the air box, he did, lossened the retain clip to the gate spring. don't feel the desire to buy a new "air box". Sooooooo how do I calibrate the spring. Volt spread is .o to 4 V ( this is normal), what is the preload on the spring)?
