joe,Did the installer use any electric welding in the process(I am thinking static might have dammaged the ECU)I can bet any money they did not take ANY precautions(disconnect battery or ECU)Next think to do,Try your ecu in another car,see if the problem moves.. Let me know.HTH Dan
