86CSi Sunroof headliner R&R ? (archive)

MY beautiful "new" 86 CSi has torn Sunroof headliner only. The balance of the head liner is OK. It's all made out of a very course weaved gray cloth and when it moves against its self it causes abraisions and tears. I don't think its a good idea to use the samr factory cloth. Bad design. Do I have to replace the entire headliner or does any one have a suggestion? If so what is everyone using for headliner material and where do you get it??
