M635 won't start (archive)

Came back from Florida, and the car ran great for a week. Lots of short trips, and the car wouldn't start this morning. I pulled the plugs, and they were pretty fouled, so I cleaned them, but it still wouldn't catch. The plugs, thermo-time switch, cold start valve were all replaced 1000 miles ago. I plan on getting new plugs tommorow, as this has been a recurring problem. Anybody have any advice?
