I drove a '67 2000CS when I was 16 while my '76 2002 was being painted/restored. I am 23 now. Sure, the 6 cyl. 3.0 can't beat the 4 cyl. of the 2000CS, but it was plenty fun. If you know about 3.0s then you know where to check for rot/rust. Especially check under the front fenders. There is a "box" under there that doesn't drain well and is usually a great place for rot. My dad sold his a couple of years ago, but it was in great condition and the rust had been taken care of. I believe he got $2-3000 for it, but I am not sure. Good luck.
