Rust on front side bumpers??'s (archive)

Today I was looking at the rubber that is on the end of the front bumper. (Also on front fenders) When I checked under it, I noticed that the metal that was supposed to be throughout it, was all rusted out. Should I just replace the these rubber bumper ends which seems to have metal throughout it. Anyone have any idea what the cost of these side bumpers cost? I was planning to get these painted to match the car and I don't want to have to replace them later after I have them painted.
