No Performance Chip for 1986CSi? HP boost advice? (archive)

I would like to up the HP a little in my 86CSi auto and have been told by local Shop the chip is not available for my model. Is there a after market performance chip and what results can one expect?

My 1st restoration of a 6r and will take any advice that will add HP without heavy modifications. I'v replaced the CAT & exhaust with a "better flo" system and the exhaust system I baught is of poor quality and will not go on. Exhaust advice? Manufacturers, etc. ??
